This vintage 1950s dollhouse, manufactured by T Cohn Inc, is a charming two-story house made of tin litho metal. The house comes furnished with a variety of furniture pieces. This mid century dollhouse has some rusting underneath, bottom flooring, and spots of rust throughout. Missing tin wall on the bottom floor.

Approximately 19" hgt x 28" wide x 12 depth. Loads of furniture by Renewal and few from Ideal toy co. There is some repair to a few pieces of furniture. There is also a few pieces that need to be repaired or missing a leg from a chair. All window shutters are there but some get stuck.

Overall, this is a really nice dollhouse to tinker with. Dollhouse and furniture is over 70 years old. Look to the pictures for details. And feel free to ask questions.

The most inexpensive way to send is UPS Ground. Unless you want me to take the house apart. Metal tabs (connectors to hold walls, roof, etc in place) could break if taken apart due to fragility of age.
